Prairie Craftsmen, Inc. was started in Janesville, Wisconsin in 1983. We are a design build residential
remodeling company and do our own in-house designs.

Prairie Craftsmen, Inc. does all types of high-end
residential remodeling ranging from a small to-do-list to extensive/elaborate house remodels or additions.

Prairie Craftsmen, Inc. now employs ten people, which consists of a management office support staff and a field manager and crew. This company has grown significantly in project volume and size while maintaining our established reputation for quality work, caring and reliable employees and great pride in what we do in Janesville and the surrounding communities.

We have done design-build additions as small as 80 S.F. and as large as 4000 S.F. The majority of our projects are located in the city of Janesville and subdivisions that border the community, but we have also completed projects in Madison, Fort Atkinson, Lake Mills, Albany and Beloit. The houses we work on range in age from 150 years old to brand new and often are located in Janesville’s historic district. Many of our customers are professionals or people who own their own business and appreciate quality and customer service.
